My apartment complex in Natomas contracts through this company for window replacements. Working with my property management company at my apartment to get my living room window replaced was a 2 year nightmare and Central Glass was the only positive thing about the situation. They are awesome! Starting with AJ who came out for the initial measurements and an attempt at fixing the apartment's mistakes. Good guy. Alivia and the other woman in the office who have helped me when I call in and scheduling and answering questions. So awesome, really appreciate all their efforts. And then the two gentleman that came out to do the install (Rob and Mateo) knocked it out and did a great install. Were on time, professional, and knew exactly what they were doing. I honestly don't think I would have finally got my window replaced if it wasn't for Central Glass assisting me with my property management and pushing this forward. Even dealing with the city permits and inspections and returning calls. First rain, no leaks, no wind draft, and now i can close and lock my window properly!! All around 5 stars! I’ve been trying to get my sliding back door fixed for years. This father/son company has great customer service and is quick and efficient. They were able to make it out to my house within a week of me calling  and then repaired my door the same day. Their prices are fair,  they were honest, friendly and did a great job. They didn’t try to over sell but gave an honest explanation of all my options. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Central Glass Inc.!

The bidding process was straightforward, and they were easy to communicate with from the start. The work was completed on time and up to a high-quality standard — nothing left unfinished or passed off to someone else. They didn’t need to be babysat, followed up on, or micromanaged. They showed up, did the job right, and left the site clean. These are the kind of people you're lucky to find if you do. I personally plan to work with them again and again. I needed a peice of glass to repair a large aquarium and they were not only the least expensive option I called but also the only one that could get it for me same day.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Recently remodeled my kitchen. Wanted a very minimalist look with everything pretty much out in the open. Removed all the doors, facings to kitchen cabinetry and simply had everything primed and painted white. The tradesman doing the work followed my instructions/did quality work but I was disappointed by the look. Thinking about it a couple of days I wondered  if I had high quality glass cut to serve the same purpose as "contact paper" or shelf paper, it might improve on what I had done. I found Central glass by a google search.. Central glass recommended no less than 3/16's glass thickness and  was extremely helpful in explaining the options. Started with the built in pantry. Central glass cut the first 4 pieces  of glass in less than one hour end of business day, and wrapped them so they didn't scratch . When I  got them home they transformed the look of the pantry 100%, am doing the rest of kitchen shelving in stages, as the glass is heavy due to its thickness and I prefer to transport it myself in my Honda.Very helpful, Central glass spent a lot of time answering questions for an initially small order under $100. Good people I recommended them highly.

 Verified Helping a friend move a couch. I broke a small pane on a door from the 30s/40s. Everyone else I called was trying to push me to get all the bells and whistles. Central Glass gave me a very reasonable quote and let me come in person right away. They provided me with various options and I ended up paying way less than I initially expected. On top of it all they were very knowledgeable and, despite me coming literally twenty minutes before they closed, unbelievably fast. I need to give a shout out to my man Jay! He walked me through everything he was doing and didn't mind going into detail. As a matter of fact, I feel confident in my ability to do it without any help in the future. You rock Jay! Shoutouts to Ette and Meadow too (I hope I got all of those names right)! I now have a glass place in my Rolodex!

 Verified Crystal and her team have been great from beginning to end! Friendly,  prompt and willing to go the extra mile for the customer. They had my glass door replaced, clean and looking like new for the summer in less than a week and Crystal even tried to coordinate repair before the three day weekend.  Verified We have an antique wooden dining table that has a beautiful surface.  I got tired of always keeping table cloths on it to protect it.  Alivia at Central Glass discussed my request with me and gave me some options.  Someone came and measured it, including the rounded corners.  Alivia told me it might take as long as 3 weeks to get it, but they delivered it within a week!  I'm delighted with the fit and quality.  Verified As good as it gets! Called to have a large custom mirror quoted to be replaced.  You could tell they were professional and knew all about the glass, the type, strength, color, and other features.  They were able to match it up over the phone and the results was amazing!  The guys that came to install were right on time, and were able to get it up and installed perfectly. The experience was everything it should be.  Good communication, follow up, and quality service.  Verified ***Residential Glass Repair*** Scheduling personnel were polite and accomodating! Installation guys were timely and worked efficiently! Repair price was spot on and reasonable! This business works smart! Scheduler directed installers to my place after completing another job, before heading back to the shop.  Verified Representatives from Central Glass came out today and served maintenance on my sliding glass door.  Quick response time as I called yesterday and got a house call today.  They were a bit later than the time told to me that morning, but I got a phone call explaining that they were running late and why, which is always appreciated.  Verified I have a coffee table that is wooden with two 24x26 inch glass squares that sit ontop level to the top of the table. My lovely dog decided to jump under my table, knock one of the glass squares out and shatter it. Thank god my dog didn't get hurt. I google something like "glass repair" and central glass popped up right away with one yahoo review(good) so naturally I looked them up on yelp to read other reviews. I found one good and one bad, there was only 2 reviews, so I was thinking it was a 50/50 chance of good service, Still I decided to give them a call. Over the phone they greeted me warmly, answered all my questions with no rush, and just really made me feel taken care of. I went right on down with the matching glass and they were so welcoming and helpful. Asking me if I wanted them to grab the glass form the car and just making sure I was taken care of from all angles. They got me in and out of there with my new glass in less than 15 minutes. I got home and teh glass fit perfectly! It was so nice actually that I'm thinking about getting my other side replaced just because. Oh, and very cheap only cost me $30. I'm the type of person that judges customer sevice very harshly and when I was so amazed at the service I got I knew I had to write a review!
